The Details

Well, what can we say – this was one of the most enjoyable weddings of 2018. Erin approached us in mid July and instantly we said YES to being a part of their day.

During our initial consult with Erin, we discovered this wasn’t going to be any ‘ordinary’ wedding. Therefore, we worked with Erin & Christian to customise their own wedding package.

These two were married a top Maleny Retreat, surrounded by 120 of their closest friends and family and engaged the service of so many wonderful local suppliers. At the ceremony, Duke and Moo (the couples’ French Bulldogs) made a debut as part of the bridal party.

Under the Sperry Tent, Chonnie from Orange Blossom worked her magic to create an insane hanging installation. Something for Catering served incredible food and drinks throughout the evening, including canapes and a two course share platter. The dessert station (set up by yours truly) was complete with cakes, desserts and sweets from The Dessert Architects.

Guests danced into the evening as the couple took to their first dance. Because half the guests were staying on site so in short, this night was definitely one to be remembered.

Shout out to Jac from Wild Heart Weddings for all the planning for our wonderful day. You were so efficient with all the suppliers and organising which made the whole process cruisey and fun. The day turned out better then I ever imagined!Erin
